My Skincare Regime:
I use these products daily:
- Dessert Essence Throughly Clean Facewash (My go to face wash – I won’t use anything else!)
- Thayers Alcohol-Free Toner Lavender Witch Hazel (Use before the Blemish Touch Stick)
- Dessert Essence Blemish Touch Stick (Spot treatment for pimples)
- Now Foods Solutions Grapeseed Oil (I apply a few drops in the AM and a generous amount in the PM, before bed)
I use these every other day:
- Now Foods Solutions European Clay Powder (great for every skin type) - OR –
- Rainbow Research French Green Clay Powder (gentle enough to use everyday and as a spot treatment)
- Tea Tree Oil (as a spot treatment)
- Rose Hip Oil (for acne scars)
- Organic Grade A Honey (I use 1 teaspoon with clay powder and water)
I use this product once in a while:
- Dessert Essence Natural Tea Tree Oil Facial Cleansing Pads (Make sure you rinse your face in cold water after use)
